I am a Self Care and ADHD Coach who supports clients to reframe highly stressful situations into manageable and attainable Tasks and Goals. I support people so they have the confidence to Rest in the Chaos of their lives. I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 40 and understand the challenges of being neuro- divergent. As a professional Violinist and mother, far from family in the UK, the primary caregiver for two children with special needs, and a busy, travelling husband, I learned that Self Care and Stress Management become exponentially more important and necessary as the stress and chaos of life increases.

Have you ever felt like if someone would just sit with you by your side the billing would get done, the work completed, the cleaning tackled? Body doubling is a way for someone to offer their presence in a way that supports another to focus on a task and reduces distractions so the task can be completed with more ease. People use body doubling so they can complete difficult tasks, important but non- urgent tasks, boring paperwork tasks, and show up for relaxation or stretching. It is a powerful tool that has powerful effects on productivity long beyond each session. It builds confidence and resilience for the difficult.
