Dāna Based Practice Meetings

Dāna: The Practice of Generosity

Dāna (pronounced "daa-nuh") is the Pali word for giving or generosity. It is one of the foundations of Buddhist practice. To offer and receive support for mindfulness and meditation practice freely allows us to practice generosity and caring in a way that has sustained many communities for thousands of years. Part of my practice is sharing what I have learned and passing on what has been shared with me by my teachers.

This is why I offer 15-minute practice meetings that function on a pay-what-you-want basis. These sessions are available for anyone who would like some support with their mindfulness and/or meditation practice. I do not want financial assets to act as a barrier to access; whether you are a new client, a long-term client, or anything in between, you are welcome to schedule with me and get support to build your practice.
