Relaxation For Skeptics

Relaxation for Skeptics is a $200 two-week, four-session introductory course on rest and relaxation. Classes are from 5:00 - 6:30pm PST on March 7th, 14th, 21th, and 28th.

Dāna Based Practice Meetings

15-minute dāna-based practice sessions that function on a pay-what-you-want basis.
